A layer of glitter tulle can be added under the top layer of the skirt, this give it a subtle sparkle which makes it twinkle.
The straps can be made going up and over the shoulder and any length sleeves can be added to the straps.
Also it can be made without straps and separate sleeves in line with the top of the dress can be worn.
Floaty lightweight dress with layers of soft tulle, beautiful appliques with no sparkle keeps this subtle.
Criss-cross fabric is so flattering with delicate straps off the shoulders. We have ivory and the nude in the boutique. Showing the completely different look
